Re-Design Your Tee

I bought two of these T's on sale at Target for $2 each.

Plain, simple, boring tee shirt.

But with a little bit of work I turned it into this:

First I cut strips from one of the shirts and

then ruffled the strips.

Next, I took the side seems out of

my second shirt, sewed the ruffles on, and then

sewed the side seems up.

This way the edges of the ruffles aren't showing

so it gives it a more finished look.

So for $4 I have a fun ruffled tee!
